Jake Cherry began his acting career on a fluke at the age of 2 while accompanying his older brother to commercial auditions.

He started in television playing the son of Chris O’Donnell in the Barry Josephson series Head Cases, Edie Britt’s son Travers on Desperate Housewives and a blind boy in an episode of Criminal Minds. This series work gave Jake enough experience to learn that he truly held a passion for acting and working with collaborative directors and producers.

This new found interest in visual media led him to taking time off from acting professionally to attend one of the top film schools in the world, Chapman University's Dodge College to pursue a BFA in screen acting. 

As his graduation is nearing he looks forward to working on YOUR future projects while retooling the scripts he wrote while in film school.
